Our Story
Before the food trailer, La Mila started at a Sydney food market with one clear goal: to bring real Argentine milanesa to Sydney, served exactly how it's loved back home.
The response was instant. People would finish their meals, walk back up with huge smiles just to give us great feedback—and when they returned the next week with their friends and family, it just confirmed how much they loved it.
The markets are still where that magic happens—the irresistible aroma of golden milanesa frying, the buzz of the crowd, and someone tasting their first proper sandwich. That moment never gets old.
